Built around
IT for medical practices
A frozen reception PC means a waiting room backing up. We know how a practice runs, which systems matter most, and who to call when a vendor is the problem.
Support for practice management and clinical systems such as Best Practice and MedicalDirector, including updates, user access, database backups and vendor coordination.
Reception and consult room PCs, label and script printers, scanners, card readers and second screens set up the same way in every room.
Doctors can review results and write notes from home or another site with multi-factor sign-in, without exposing your network.
Encrypted nightly backups of your clinical database and documents, with regular test restores so you know recovery works before you need it.
Documented IT controls, asset registers and incident processes that support your RACGP accreditation and Privacy Act obligations.
Consistent setup, shared policies and central management across every location in a medical group or allied health network.

AI solutions
We help practices pick the AI tools that are worth using, set them up safely and connect them to the systems you already have.

Choose, configure and roll out an AI scribe, with consent wording, data storage settings and staff guidance in place.
Automate recall reminders, inbox sorting, form intake and common phone and email questions so reception can focus on patients in the room.
A private assistant trained on your own policies, procedures and onboarding documents that staff can ask in plain English.
Help new patients find you with an optimised website, Google Business Profile and content that follows AHPRA advertising rules.
Connect forms, Microsoft 365 and business apps so information moves without re-keying.
A short review of where AI can safely save time in your practice, with a fixed quote for anything you want to build.
Patient privacy comes first. We check where each AI tool stores data, prefer Australian hosting, switch off model training on your data, and document every tool so it stands up to a privacy review.
Getting started
Most practices are fully onboarded within a month. Changes happen before opening, after close or between sessions.
We walk through your practice, systems and risks, then give you a written summary and a fixed monthly price.
MFA, backups, patching and endpoint protection go in first, because they reduce the most risk.
Reception and consult room PCs, printers, modems and accounts are cleaned up and documented.
You get regular health reports, a technology roadmap and help with accreditation evidence.
Questions practices ask
Yes. We look after the computers, servers, networks and backups these systems run on, manage user access and updates, and work directly with the software vendor when an issue sits on their side.
The RACGP Standards expect practices to manage information security, backups and access. We document the controls we put in place and keep the evidence your surveyor will ask for, such as asset lists, backup test results and incident procedures.
The Essential Eight is the Australian Signals Directorate's baseline set of cyber controls, including MFA, patching and backups. It is not mandatory for private practices, but it is the clearest way to reduce ransomware risk and show insurers you take security seriously.
It can be, with the right setup. We check where each tool stores data, how long it keeps it and whether it is used for training, then configure consent, access and retention settings to suit your Privacy Act obligations.
Healthcare is our focus, but we also provide managed IT and AI services to small and medium businesses and multi-location organisations across Sydney.
Our free practice IT review covers security, backups, clinical software and compliance. You keep the written summary either way.
