How often do you test restores?
We run test restores on a regular schedule and after major changes, and include the results in your monthly practice health report.
Where are backups stored?
We prefer Australian data centres for offsite copies, so patient information stays onshore.
Which plan includes backup testing?
Every plan includes daily backup monitoring. Professional adds quarterly test restores, and Complete adds monthly test restores and a written disaster recovery plan. Backup storage is quoted based on how much data you hold.
